Organisational terms
- minimum rental time is 1 hour
- the room is available from Monday to Friday
- rental hours: 7:00-19:00
- the basic offer does not include drinks or coffee breaks
- eating meals in the room is not permitted
- for multi-day rentals, additional cleaning arrangements are agreed individually
Clear rental terms
We offer a simple and transparent pricing model. The room can be rented both for shorter meetings and for a full working day.
Conference room rental price list:
- PLN 100 net – per 1 hour
- PLN 800 net – per 8 hours
- Minimum rental time: 1 hour
The price includes access to the room together with the offered equipment and cleaning after the rental period. In the case of multi-day bookings, cleaning after each conference day is agreed individually. The basic offer does not include drinks or coffee breaks. Eating meals in the room is not permitted.
